Serve as the foundational leader and expert in launching, developing, and scaling the Randy’s Electric & Plumbing commercial electrical division. This role bridges hands-on technical execution with strategic project acquisition through precise estimating and bidding. By delivering high-quality commercial installations and securing new project opportunities, this position directly contributes to expanding our service offerings, revenue, and reputation in the commercial sector.

Responsibilities

Project Management
Lead commercial electrical projects from bid to build, taking ownership of design, estimating, and execution. Manage all aspects of wiring, installation, and troubleshooting for commercial electrical systems to code.

Estimating & Bidding
Prepare accurate, competitive, and timely bids for a variety of commercial installations, including office, retail, light industrial, and multi-unit projects.

Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with leadership to establish processes, build a commercial crew, and grow our project base. Maintain strong communication with general contractors, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure excellence and timeliness.

Training & Compliance
Stay current with NEC codes and local regulations, ensuring all installations meet or exceed standards. Share knowledge with team members and support the development of future commercial electricians.

Additional Support
Take on other responsibilities as needed to support the successful launch and growth of the commercial division.
 

This Job Is For You If…

• You’re an experienced Estimator who has successfully bid on and landed commercial electrical projects.

• You’re a Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician with strong commercial wiring experience.

• You’re a self-starter who thrives in autonomy and is energized by building something new.

• You’re a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership potential.

• You’re tech-savvy with estimating software, project management tools, and digital blueprints.

• You’re committed to safety, efficiency, and delivering 5-Star Service.

Days & Hours

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay (approx. $80,000–$120,000 annually) depending on qualifications

• Bonus eligibility
