What You’ll Do
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
- Provide 5-Star Service
- Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
- Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans
- Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals
- Mentor and guide apprentices to foster their skills
- Show yourself as a professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business
What We Need
- Valid Minnesota Journeyman Plumbing license
- Friendly attitude
- Ability to work well in a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Excellent customer service skills
- Alignment with our company’s faith and freedom-based values
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to successfully pass a drug test, background check & motor vehicle check
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
